Yup, the 409 couldn't compete with the other manufacturers. I remember watching back in the day and Cal Yarborough came into the pits at Daytona after his 409 blew up. Madder than hell. Dam Chevy motor, we can't compete. Pontiac, Ford, Mopar ruled.

Just installed my hydroboost works great except for the pedal return, it comes back almost all the way then slow return to top about an inch, any thoughts on why this would happen?

WOW! I never would have thought that I would see that exact double decker bus. I actually drove it from Ranch Dominguez to get the red paint job in Carson, CA. We built it for the Red Bull company as a party bus. I designed the forward a/c system ducting and fresh water tank and various other custom work. It has a toilet, bar, dj booth, VIP seating area, catwalk, and dance floor. What a blast from the past!

Who does Teves Abs conversion to hydroboost system on the east coast? I'm in PA and can't find a garage to convert my 86 pontiac 6000ste Teves 1 abs system to hydroboost

Do you know who does this conversion? I have a 1986 pontiac 6000ste with teves abs generation 1 . Parts are obsolete and no garages will touch it /work on it near me. I went to 5 garages. I would like to convert my teves abs unit to a power steering assisted master cylinder booster combo. Any help would be appreciated. Im willing to spend 1500 or so on the conversion.
